On-site production and streaming

Voice & Video Rentals can manage the full live streaming workflow on location, including video capture, switching, audio, playback, and stream delivery.

Depending on the production, we can provide:

• live switching
• presentation and playback integration
• professional audio capture and mixing
• graphics and other production elements
• specialty camera support such as jibs, camera cranes, and drone integration when appropriate

Hybrid events

Hybrid events are also possible and are a common part of modern productions.

Presenters can join remotely through Zoom, and we can place those remote presenters not only on the screens in the room, but also directly into the live stream. This makes it possible to blend in-person and remote participation into one coordinated production for both the live audience and the online audience.

Connectivity and reliability

We can work with the internet connection available at your venue, or we can provide connectivity options and fallbacks when needed. Depending on the situation, that may include bonded solutions, wireless options, Starlink, and other backup approaches.
